We process all orders within 2 working days. Then dispatched via the service you have selected. Standard delivery to the UK is 2-3 working days. If you have selected the Express service then we process within 1 working day, and dispatch via a next day service.
Orders to Europe take between 5-7 working days.
We ship our orders via either Royal Mail, or via DPD local. In each case a fully tracked and insured courier service is used, with updates sent to either your email, or via text. Dpd local will provide you with an hour delivery window to make sure you are available to receive the parcel.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
We currently produce prints in 3 sizes A4, A3, A2. These are standard paper sizes that we are all used to, we round these up slightly for ease of production. We do have a small 3mm white border on our prints, this is to allow easier framing.
A4 = 21 x 30 cm A3 = 30 x 42 cm A2 = 42 x 60 cm
All of our prints are produced to order by us in our studio. We only use high grade materials so you can be assured of a lovely art print.
Printed onto high grade thick art paper using our professional giclee printers that provide stunning detail, and finish. We then cut these to size by hand, and package carefully.
The frames are wood frames with a smooth matte veneer. They are approx 2.5cm in width and 2cm in depth. All include a white mount that frames the artwork beautifully. We use a perspex glass alternative for safety reasons. All backed professionally with hangers attached.

I have a problem
Damage happens very rarely, as we package all items with care, and the couriers we use are very good. Occasionally accidents do happen, and if you receive an item that has been damaged then don't worry. Just contact us using the contact us form and let us know. We will fix the problem for you.
Please let us know by contacting us. You can then return your item/s, we will offer a refund minus the original shipping cost upon receipt, provided the items are in re-saleable condition and were purchased within 30 days. Please note that we DO NOT pay for return shipping costs.
